§ Coverage Reading the ledger…
What we hold, and how current it is.
This page is read from the ingestion ledger, not written by hand. If a source falls behind its threshold it is reported as late here and in every tool response, because a feed that has gone quiet looks exactly like a feed with no news.
What we hold for your country
TED carries what clears the EU publication thresholds. Below them, the contracts a smaller supplier can realistically win appear on a national portal and nowhere else. So the number that matters is not how big our ingest of a country is, but how much of that country you can only see here.

How each status is decided
Live
The source completed an ingestion cycle inside its silence threshold. The timestamp is when that cycle finished, not when the page was loaded.
Late
The source last reported longer ago than its threshold allows. It stays
searchable; the staleness travels with every result as
data_as_of so your assistant can tell you before it answers.
Not live yet
We have not switched the source on. It is on the plan, and this page will say so the day that changes.
What we do not cover
The useful half of a coverage page.
Below-threshold contracts outside the countries we run
TED carries contracts above the EU publication thresholds, and smaller national contracts never reach it. We run national sources for Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Romania, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary, so below-threshold work in those countries is covered; everywhere else in the EU we hold what TED publishes and nothing beneath it. Spain is covered above its minor-contract line only, because that feed requires a client certificate.
Not every notice states what it is worth. We hold a contract value on 66,962 of 158,977 notices (42%), because many publishers do not put an amount in the notice at all. None of the notices we hold from Belgium, EU Funding & Tenders (grants), Hungary and Poland carry one, and a value filter can therefore only ever see the notices that state a figure, so use it to narrow rather than to rule out.
26 of the 27 member states have been surveyed and decided. Nine were checked and declined rather than skipped: Netherlands (only 1 of 57 notices sat below the threshold), Italy (published monthly and in arrears, an archive rather than a feed), Sweden (no national notice database exists, by law), Denmark (1.13x, the thinnest additive layer measured, and 81% of the active national-only rows carry no deadline), Portugal (the open route carries concluded contracts, not calls open for bidding), Austria (the federal notice domain does not answer from two continents, and every route that does answer is a paid platform), Cyprus (no unauthenticated route: the only search form requires a captcha), Luxembourg (~1.25× inferred on open count; default browse is TED-saturated; ASP.NET postback paging for an estimated 40-50 additive rows in a 222-row market) and Malta (no unauthenticated route: the only search form requires a captcha). Greece, where not one row carries a submission deadline, passed too and is undecided for that reason rather than for a licence.
Award notices
We hold calls you can still bid on, not records of who won. Awards are useful for buyer history and pricing intelligence, and they are not in the corpus today.
The full tender pack
We hold the notice text. Specifications, annexes and draft contracts live on the buyer’s portal. Your assistant will tell you when it has read the notice rather than the pack.
Most results link back to the notice at its source, and 3,863 of 158,977 do not, all of them from Latvia and Poland. Where a link is missing the notice is still in the corpus and still searchable; there is simply nowhere on the portal to send you.
Contract values in one currency
Values are normalised to euro where the source states a currency and a reference rate exists, and left empty where it does not. An unconverted figure compared against euro thresholds is wrong by a large factor, silently, which is worse than an empty field.
Every tool response carries the same timestamps you see here. Say “Read https://victano.com/start.md and follow the onboarding instructions” to your assistant and it connects itself.
