Before you connect.

What Victano does not do: write your tender, monitor inboxes or replace your bid manager. It gives your existing AI the reading and matching work.

How do I sign up?

You do not. Your assistant does it: it asks for your email, we send a six-digit code, you paste it back into the chat, and you are connected. There is no form on this site and no password to remember.

Which AIs work with this?

Claude on web and desktop, ChatGPT connectors, Cursor, and anything else that speaks MCP over HTTP. In Claude Code and Cursor your assistant can add the connection itself. On Claude and ChatGPT it hands you the clicks instead, because those apps only take connectors from their own settings. The setup guide has the exact menu names for each.

Where does the data come from?

Official public sources: TED for EU-wide tenders, national portals, and the EU Funding & Tenders portal for grants. We normalise and index them; the coverage page shows exactly how current each one is.

What do you do with our company data?

Company profiles only: we do not build products around personal data, and we do not crawl individuals. Your email, the capability profile your assistant sends us, the decisions and preferences you ask it to remember, and a record of which tools were called. It is stored on a server in Germany; the providers that help run the service are listed on the sub-processor page. We never crawl your site ourselves and we sell nothing to anyone. To leave, ask your assistant to delete the account: we email you a link, you confirm on the page, and everything goes.

What is not in it?

Award notices, full tender packs (specifications live on the buyer’s portal) and US federal contracts (SAM.gov). When a portal keeps its documents behind a buyer login, the tools say so and point you at the portal rather than invent criteria from a title.

Does Victano cost anything?

No. Victano is free during the beta and nothing is charged.
